The following is a list of organizations created by and serving underrepresented communities in the field of mathematics.

Creates a community in which women and girls can thrive in their mathematical endeavors, and to promote equitable opportunity and treatment of women and others of marginalized genders and gender identities across the mathematical sciences.

Lathisms (Latinx and Hispanics in the Mathematical Sciences)

Showcases the contributions of Latinx and Hispanic mathematicians. Its goal is to provide an accessible platform that features the multifaceted and diverse nature of the Latinx and Hispanic mathematics community and inspires the younger generation of Latinx mathematicians.

Features the Accomplishments
of Black Scholars in the
Mathematical Sciences.

The Association for LGBTQ+ Mathematicians and their allies.

Visibility is important! The Outlist serves as support for mathematicians at various places on their own LGBTQ+ journeys and also as a resource for people looking to learn more about the climate at various universities.

Seeks to put together all the known information about Indigenous Mathematicians & recognizes that Native People have been doing mathematics (and hence have been mathematicians) for millennia. 

A non-profit professional organization in the mathematical sciences with membership open to all persons interested in the mission and purpose of NAM which are promoting excellence in the mathematical sciences and promoting the mathematical development of all underrepresented minorities.

A collection of  video sharing stories of mathematicians from different backgrounds, especially from historically excluded groups,  with the aim of introducing students to role models and fostering a sense of community.
